Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for registration and to ensure that your service begins on time. For first time appointments, registration forms need to be completed. For your convenience, these forms and directions can be provided prior to your appointment via mail, facsimile or e-mail. We suggest that you schedule your next service prior to leaving our office.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or broken without 24 hours advance notice.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is a $30 charge for all returned checks.
